Dr. Belsito is offering both group and individual clinical supervision for Master’s level clinicians working toward their LPC and LCSW.
Dr. Belsito has received formal clinical supervision training in theories and approaches to supervision from Duquesne University’s Ph.D. Counseling Education and Supervision program. Dr. Belsito's dissertation focused on administrative supervision, the supervisory working alliance, and burnout.
She has experience supervising clinicians in many career avenues including, but not limited to: clinical mental health counseling, drug and alcohol counseling, school counseling, and marriage and family counseling.
